Scoping call
A 30-minute call to understand the feature and the constraints. You talk to a senior architect, not a sales rep. If it is not a fit, we say so on the call.

Written scope, fixed price
You get a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins. The price does not move unless the scope does — in writing, with your sign-off.

Weekly shipped increment
Work ships to your repository on a weekly cadence, with a short written update. You always know what shipped, what is next, and why.

Senior review on every release
Everything that merges is reviewed by a senior architect. No junior writes code into your product unsupervised, because there are no juniors.

Clean handoff
You own all code and IP from day one, in your repository. Ongoing engagements stop with one month's notice and full handoff documentation. No lock-in.
Fixed price, because scope is fixed
Fixed-price only works with fixed-scope. If a feature needs more than the scope you approved, we tell you and re-scope in writing — never silently absorb it, and never surprise you with an invoice. That discipline is what makes a published price honest.
What you own
All code and IP are yours from day one, delivered in your repository. Soatech is EU-based, GDPR-aligned with EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and LLM features run on zero-retention model APIs — your data is not retained for training.
