Soatech, literally.
State of Art Technologies.
Not "state of the art" in the marketing-superlative sense. In the literal engineering sense: the current frontier of what's available and production-ready — not the playbook from 18 months ago that most agencies are still shipping.
started
Soatech built wintura.ai end-to-end across late 2025 — Next.js 16, Claude Sonnet 4.6, NextAuth v5, multi-tenant Stripe Connect, sealed-PDF audit trail, 24 Playwright e2e tests. That build became the studio's signature reference: the production playbook applied at scale.
Then founders started showing up asking for the same thing for their own products. They had Bolt and Lovable prototypes that worked in demo and broke at user #100 — missing auth, missing multi-tenancy, missing the boring production hardening that separates "it loads" from "it ships."
Soatech exists because that pattern — production-grade builds, architect-led, fixed-price, on the current frontier — turned out to be the wedge nobody else was serving. Agencies were stuck on 2024 stacks. Freelancers couldn't commit to fixed-price. AI builders shipped prototypes, not production.
That gap is the company.
Alvi Lika
Leads Soatech's architects on delivery, scoping, and architectural review. 8+ years of senior full-stack engineering across enterprise software and B2B SaaS for European clients — paired with AI-accelerated tooling (Claude Sonnet 4.6, Cursor, Copilot) since the category became real in 2023. EU-resident in Tirana (CET timezone), GDPR-aligned by jurisdiction, EU SCCs on request.
Most recent signature project: wintura.ai — production B2B SaaS for service businesses that bill by scope. Built with Next.js 16, Claude Sonnet 4.6, NextAuth v5, multi-tenant Row-Level Security in Neon Postgres, Stripe Connect, sealed-PDF audit trail, 24 Playwright e2e tests with axe-core a11y across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.
Four principles, every engagement.
State of Art by default
Stack updated quarterly. Soatech ships on Next.js 16 because Next.js 16 exists — not because Next.js 14 is 'proven.' The industry's standard 'use mature, proven tech' hedge is a euphemism for 'old enough to be safe for our juniors.' Soatech doesn't have juniors. The frontier is the floor.
Architect-led, every PR
An 8+ year senior architect reviews every merge. No bait-and-switch staffing where seniors win the pitch and juniors run the build. Soatech assigns architects per project based on fit and availability — the architect on your project is named at scope sign-off, not after.
Fixed scope, unreasonable discipline
The scoping doc lists every flow, every screen, every integration. Anything not on the list waits for v1.1 — at the next tier's price, or as a follow-on engagement. Soatech bows out of off-spec scope rather than extending silently at on-spec price.
Client approval gates
Mandatory four gates per engagement: scope sign-off → architect assignment → milestone check-ins → final acceptance. Not optional. Fixed-price only works with fixed-scope, and fixed-scope requires explicit client approval at each gate.
wintura.ai
Production B2B SaaS for service businesses that bill by scope (agencies, consultants, contractors). Two-stage Claude pipeline generates proposals from a buyer brief; sealed-PDF audit trail makes every version legally verifiable; multi-tenant Row-Level Security isolates customer data at the database layer.
Senior architect? Let's talk.
Soatech occasionally partners with senior engineers (8+ years) on overflow work or specialized builds. If you ship production code, value fixed-scope discipline, and prefer async collaboration over daily standups — reach out.
